The first step is to write it down.

1.) Express gratitude and appreciation everyday for things that I DO have. Thank my husband, thank my children, thank my family and friends and thank my growing Beachbody team! Every single day. Focus on what is going well, focus on what I am lucky enough to have been blessed with. Again, do this every single day.

2.) Live by my planner and calendars. Become a master of time management and organization.

3.) Set up multiple checking accounts for different needs. Get out of debt and learn to manage our money properly!

4.) Be a 2-star diamond beachbody coach by Summit 2015 and a 5-star diamond beachbody coach by December 31, 2015.

5.) Plan a Team Avidity retreat for February 2016.

6.) Plan a family vacation for summer 2016.

7.) Be under 140 lbs by July 1, 2015and have rockstar abs!
